THE EXACT FORMULA
"A percentage of profits" is vague and, frankly, a bit dodgy. So here is the whole thing in writing.
10% OF MONTHLY NET PROFIT
Donated to that month's chosen charity.
- WHAT NET PROFIT MEANS
- Net profit means all money members pay us in a calendar month, minus payment-processing fees, minus partner commissions, minus refunds and chargebacks, minus hosting and domain costs for that month.
- WHEN IT'S PAID
- The donation for each month is calculated after the month ends, paid to that month's chosen charity, and published here with a receipt.
- NO INVENTED NUMBERS
- No figure appears on this page until the money has actually left our account. If a month shows no amount yet, it hasn't been paid yet.
DONATED SINCE LAUNCH
Nothing has been donated yet, so there is no total to show. The formula above is live from launch, and the first published figure will appear the month after the first donation is paid.
